SPOILER ALERT!

Discover the Fun of Sea Salt

Most cooking recipes will use sea salt in some form or another. You can sprinkle it on baked chicken, pasta dishes, vegetable dishes, or anything else you can think of that you might want to flavor with salt. Sea salt can be found in most grocery stores and online. We have only scratched the surface of salt in the following article.

Sea salt has always been used in making soap as well as being used in cooking and baking. There are several different types of sea salt but the most common is table salt. In addition to being used in cooking, sea salt can also be used in beauty products such as body scrubs, skin cleansers, or just plain old beauty therapy.

If you're on a diet then there is nothing wrong with adding sea salt to your meals. Just remember to keep track of the amount of salt you consume to avoid overdoing it. Even healthy salt substitutes such as potassium chloride and calcium chloride aren't really that healthy. Instead, eat sea salt mixed with other ingredients such as nuts, olives, and fruits. Mixing your meals with sea salt is great for the soul and the stomach.

A healthier alternative to sea salt is potassium and calcium chloride. These are made from processed minerals such as rocks, sand, and even cement. Because of the mineral content, the added minerals from these salts won't interfere with your thyroid levels but instead, improve them.

Even if you don't like using sea salt in the kitchen, you'll still find yourself using it on a regular basis in the bathroom, on the picnic table, and just about anywhere else you can think of. It's very hard to resist this tasty salt. Take a little bit away from your daily regimen for the sake of a bowl of sea salt watermelon.

For a special treat in the morning, use sea salt to make slushies or tea. Toss your favorite frozen fruit with sea salt, mix it up in a cup, and serve. The good news is that you can make these fun and easy at home. The salt works the best in a blender, as it is easier to blend and get that delicious texture. I would suggest mixing about half sea salt and half granulated sugar or salt, as the latter may cause your tea to taste bitter.

Add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon spice to your tea before serving. Sprinkle a little pinch of sugar over the drink and enjoy. This is another easy way to use sea salt in your everyday life. One day a month doesn't need to be a torture fest.

Keep in mind that sea salt is meant to be enjoyed. With The Essential Elements Found in Sea Salt and Kosher Salt said, I encourage you to add a little more of this delightful and healthy commodity to your life each and every day. I promise you'll love it!
